Drilling Facilities
Carlson Tools existing 47,000 square-foot East Plant is located in Cedarburg, WI. The current operation is precision metalworking, providing highly accurate deephole drilling, gundrilling, CNC turning, and CNC milling services to a wide range of customers located in North America. The parts being machined vary from small and easily carried by hand, to very large and long parts weighing several tons, that require overhead crane handling. The current facility allows for indoor storage of large, precision parts. The company continues to grow and has proven this even through uncertain economic times and we continue to upgrade our capabilities to an expanding customer base. The interior space is heated, air-conditioned, sprinklered, and is well-lit with high-efficiency lighting.
Within a few years, the next expansion is planned as a 30,000 square-foot addition of manufacturing space with overhead cranes. Our 10,000 square-foot addition that was made in 2008 will then serve as an expanded restroom, break room, and clothes changing facilities for a larger workforce.
