We provide the following drilling processes:
• Boring
When tubing is not available, we’ll produce it from solid bar stock. Most steel providers in the Midwest deliver directly to our plant. We will deliver the exact grade, wall thickness, and quantity you request to your destination, without missing your deadline.
Reduce hole-making costs on expensive alloy materials by utilizing our advanced trepanning methods. We will retain a core, rather than chips. A solid core has a higher salvage value and can be used to produce additional parts.
When you’re faced with the problems of ovality, camber, or drift in drawn or cast tubing, we’ll use counterboring to re-size a hole to a controlled dimension.
